At Catalyst Circle Rock, we believe strong partnerships between families and schools create strong outcomes for scholars. This page provides information about our Family Advisory Council, Parent Lab resources, and high school readiness support.

We are committed to ensuring families have access to tools, guidance, and information that support scholar success.

 

 

Family Advisory Council (FAC)

 

The Family Advisory Council (FAC) is a collaborative group of parents, caregivers, and staff who work together to:

• Strengthen family engagement

• Provide feedback to school leadership

• Share important school updates

• Support scholar achievement

• Build community within our CCR Village

FAC meetings are open to all families.

Meeting Location: Parent Lab
Meeting Length: Approximately 1 hour
Focus Areas: Academic updates, family resources, school initiatives, open discussion

Parent Lab – Technology & Resource Center

 

The Parent Lab is available to help families access important tools and support services.

Available resources include:

• GoCPS and high school application support

• Resume building and job application assistance

• Scholarship searches

• FAFSA guidance

• College and career research

• Infinite Campus access

• Printing and document support

Laptops are available on-site during designated hours.
Families are encouraged to schedule time for support as needed.

Our goal is to remove barriers and provide access.

 

 

High School Readiness & GoCPS Support

 

Preparing for high school is a major milestone, and we are here to guide families through the process.

Support includes:

• Step-by-step GoCPS guidance

• Application timeline reminders

• Selective enrollment information

• Charter, IB, and neighborhood school comparisons

• Scholarship and private school resources

• Offer review and next steps

Families of 7th and 8th grade scholars are encouraged to attend information sessions and utilize Parent Lab support.
